THE IRREVERSIBLE NATURE (FINAL SALE) Every Kurtosis relic is a custom manifestation, produced on-demand specifically for your order. Because these items are manufactured to your specifications (size/design selection) at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

STRUCTURAL DEVIATIONS (DAMAGES AND ISSUES) Please inspect your order upon receipt. You must report any manufacturing defects, structural damage, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Validated errors will be resolved through a replacement. Evidence of the defect is required for verification.

EUROPEAN UNION / UK RIGHTS In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalized. As every Kurtosis garment is manufactured only upon your specific order, all sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or misdescribed goods.

REFUNDS In the rare event that a replacement is technically impossible and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
