Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of our designs and intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action to protect the integrity of the system.

THE NATURE OF RELICS Kurtosis items are considered artistic works rather than mass-produced commodities. Due to our specialized artisanal imprinting and dyeing processes, subtle variations in texture, tone, and placement may occur between individual pieces. These are not defects; they are the unique markers of the manifestation process. By proceeding, you acknowledge that no two Residuals are identical.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or Relics shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of this interface or the acquisition of our relics shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
