Zone A: North American Node (USA)

- Performance Threshold: 95% of shipments reach their destination within 7 working days.
Zone B: United Kingdom & Global Network Kurtosis is a UK-founded entity. To ensure global distribution parity and consistent production quality, our logistical stream is decentralized. For our UK and international audience, orders are integrated into our Global Network.

- Performance Threshold: 95% of shipments reach their destination within 15 working days.
Fulfillment Protocol
Production Phase Each Kurtosis piece is produced on-demand to eliminate surplus and ensure the integrity of the design iteration. Please allow a processing window of 2–4 working days for the production phase before the unit enters the distribution stream.
Tracking & Traceability Upon dispatch, a unique tracking identifier will be assigned to your order. This allows for real-time monitoring of the shipment’s trajectory from our distribution node to the final delivery coordinate.
Customs & Statutory Variables Shipments may be subject to local import protocols, duties, or taxes. These variables are external to the Kurtosis logistical network. The recipient is responsible for any statutory fees required to clear the shipment through their local customs node.
Delivery Variance While our performance thresholds are highly stable, external factors such as local carrier congestion or customs processing may impact the distribution curve. If your shipment exceeds the 95% probability threshold, please contact our support desk for a technical review of your order status.
